Around 9:30 AM this morning, it was discovered by resident that there was an extensive water leak coming from the clubhouse utility room. Water was pooling on the floor and had stretched to every corner of the clubhouse.
Due to the damage, the clubhouse will be closed until the end of the year. The board is working with MJS to mitigate the issue and assess the damage. We are working within the current estimated time frame to have the repairs complete and re-open the clubhouse for use. MJS will be reaching out to all residents who have a reservation to reschedule or cancel their event. All deposits will be refunded as well.
Please be patient as the board navigates this matter and works with several parties involved. More information to follow as it becomes concrete.
