This is a friendly reminder that the association will hold its annual meeting on Monday, August 19th at Grace Point Church, 11241 Broad River Rd, Irmo, SC 29063 at 6:30 PM. An election will be held for two board member positions currently held by JT Mezick and Jerad McDaniel. These terms will last for the next three years. We encourage everyone to attend in person as we need at least 49 homes to be represented to make quorum. MJS represenatives will be in attendance and run the meeting with the board’s assistance.
