They detail the association\u2019s obligations and responsibilities, as well as restrictions for each homeowner\u2019s property and use of common areas. Rules found in the CC&amp;Rs include:<\/p><ul><li>Deed restrictions<\/li><li>Property restrictions such as architectural, vehicular, etc.<\/li><li>Members and the association\u2019s property maintenance obligations<\/li><li>Rule enforcement procedures and penalties<\/li><\/ul><p><br \/>We encourage you to read through these to understand your rights and responsibilities as a homeowner and
