Lawns should be free of debris<br>and clutter, excessive weeds (including in flower beds), and mowed frequently to<br>prevent overgrown grass and weeds. We understand that maintenance of your lawn can<br>be costly, involves copious amounts of time, and is done around busy schedules and<br>activities during the warmer months. If you are having trouble maintaining your lawn or<br>need additional resources of how you can accomplish yard work or projects, please<br>reach out to Richard Henderson at <a href=\"mailto:director@portraithillsc.com\">director@portraithillsc.com<\/a> for further assistance.<br>We have community members who have graciously offered to volunteer their time and<br>help neighbors bring their yard into compliance. Please know that we also understand<br>how easy it is for this type of home maintenance to \u201cget away\u201d from us quickly during<br>busy times of the year. Life happens, we get it.
